Tuesday, August 25th

This past weekend was all about the beach…I was concerned that I fell off the wagon. Just the opposite…My body repaired itself from all the hard work I had done all week. When it came time to take that run on Sunday night, I ran harder and felt lighter then ever! It was such a fantastic feeling…you can have a rest day and should.

I’m now realizing that CrossFit OTG focuses not only on your body, but the whole person. Little by little I’m starting to change my eating habits. I’ll catch myself thinking twice about that bag of chips, or that piece of pizza. It’s becoming a lifestyle change. JOIN CROSSFIT OTG YOU WON'T REGRET IT....I PROMISE!!!
