Monday, September 28

Yes…it's true…CrossFit OTG has pushed me to my highest level of training and has gotten me in the best shape of my life just in time for my wedding! If you think you are in shape check out CrossFitOTG to kick your butt into high gear!!! Then, you’ll see how fit you are.

You have to be willing to push yourself and try harder during each W.O.D. (Workout of the Day). Each individual attending CrossFit OTG helps each other to reach our personal training goals. Mark, Nick, Justin and Bret are there to push us even harder. I know you will enjoy CrossFit OTG like I have. Who doesn't enjoy feeling better everyday like I do? Try it will love it!!!

Tuesday, September 22nd

I'm an exercise lover. Fitness is in my blood. It wouldn’t matter how much I ran, weight trained, took step class or spinning…nothing compares to CrossFit. It is always such a challenge. I LOVE IT. It is really a tough workout in the moment, but then I am reborn with energy and a feeling of accomplishment when it is over. It’s also been nice to meet others who are excited about physical challenges too.

I started CrossFit in July 09. After 3 months of CrossFit I could see I was getting the results I wanted. When I walk into class I never know what I’m getting into. Every W.O.D. (workout of the day) changes daily. During each workout I am timed, not to compete against anyone else but, when I come back to that particular work out, I can see how much I have improved. My endurance has doubled. My goal is to do my pull ups without using the assistance of the rubber band. I am determined. Come join us and see for yourself!

Tuesday, September 15th

Okay, I'm officially hooked :) Not that it takes all that much to get this Type-A Addictive personality hooked on something, but still…I'm convinced that CrossFit OTG is the BEST workout EVER! I started going three times a week in July & I thought I was in pretty decent shape, but man was I wrong …CrossFit members are all crazy - good crazy that is :) I've never done 15-20 minutes of exercise before, and felt that I'd done enough to "count" for my workout for the day.

This is a great way to get my cardio in and out of the way quickly while improving my core strength and muscle tone as well. CrossFit OTG - I can't thank you guys enough for introducing me to this AWESOME workout program!

Tuesday, September 8th

Over the weekend I turned my ankle at my house doing pull-ups…what a bummer. I went to CrossFit OTG on Monday (Labor Day) anyway because it was a special holiday class. Nick was able to modify the W.O.D. (Workout of the Day) so I could still get a workout in! I was slow and steady but felt much better about the Labor Day celebrating (eating & drinking) I had done.

Working out at CrossFit OTG has made it a lot easier doing the hobbies I enjoy (ex. running & kick boxing). The CrossFit workouts are high quality workouts in a short period of time that have increased my stamina and strength.

All of the CrossFit OTG team members have been friendly and supportive. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…I would recommend CrossFit OTG to anyone.
