Tuesday, September 15th

Okay, I'm officially hooked :) Not that it takes all that much to get this Type-A Addictive personality hooked on something, but still…I'm convinced that CrossFit OTG is the BEST workout EVER! I started going three times a week in July & I thought I was in pretty decent shape, but man was I wrong …CrossFit members are all crazy - good crazy that is :) I've never done 15-20 minutes of exercise before, and felt that I'd done enough to "count" for my workout for the day.

This is a great way to get my cardio in and out of the way quickly while improving my core strength and muscle tone as well. CrossFit OTG - I can't thank you guys enough for introducing me to this AWESOME workout program!
